📦 Order Processing
Processing Time: Once the order is placed it will be shipped in 3-4 business days at max.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

In rare cases of high order volume, delays may occur. We’ll notify you via email if there’s a significant delay.

❗ Wrong Address / Delivery Issues

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it at the buyer’s expense.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can track your shipment on our website or the courier's platform.

📬 Lost / Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at customercare@craftd.store and we’ll investigate with the courier.
