Orders & Shipping

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across most of India. Here's a rough estimate by region:

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai) — 5–7 days
  • Tier 2 cities — 5–7 days
  • Remote or rural areas — 6–7 days

Please note - Products are manufactured after order is confirmed. Shipping is completed within 2 days of order confirmation

As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking link via email and SMS to the contact details provided at checkout.

  • Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a shipping confirmation email
  • Click the tracking link to see live updates
  • You can also log in to your account at craftd.com and view order status under 'My Orders'

If you haven't received a tracking update within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at customercare@craftd.store.

At the moment, we ship only within India. We're actively working on international shipping and plan to launch it soon.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹499.

  • Orders below ₹499 — flat shipping fee of ₹99
  • Free shipping applies automatically — no code needed

Address changes are possible only before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, we're unable to redirect the package.

  • Email us immediately at customercare@craftd.store with your order number and new address
  • We process orders quickly — so the sooner you contact us, the better
Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Item is broken and in its original condition
  • Original packaging and tags are intact

To initiate a return, email customercare@craftd.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Prepaid orders — refunded to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking)
  • COD orders — refunded via bank transfer or UPI (you'll need to share your account details)
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated

Bank processing times may add 2–3 additional days depending on your bank.

We take packaging very seriously, but if your product arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize. Here's what to do:

  • Take clear photos or a short video of the damaged item and packaging
  • Email customercare@craftd.store within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
  • We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer

Please do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved, as it may be needed for the courier claim

Yes, exchanges are available only if the product received is broken or damaged within 7 days of delivery

  • Email us at customercare@craftd.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for
  • Once we receive the original item, we'll dispatch the replacement within 2 business days
Payments

We accept all major payment methods:

  • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
  • Credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay
  • Debit cards — all major Indian banks
  • Net banking — 50+ banks supported
  • EMI — available on credit cards and select debit cards (3, 6, 12 months)
  • Cash on Delivery — available for select pincodes

Yes, COD is available for orders up to ₹2,000 on select pincodes across India.

  • The COD option will automatically appear at checkout if your pincode is eligible
  • A small COD handling fee of ₹30 may apply
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
  • COD refunds (if applicable) are processed via bank transfer

Absolutely. Your payment security is our top priority:

  • We never store your card or bank details on our servers
  • All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments / Razorpay — they are leading payment processor in India
  • All pages are SSL encrypted (https)
  • We comply with RBI guidelines for digital payments in India
Products

Yes, most of our products are customised by skilled designers. Because of this, slight variations in finish, texture, or colour may occur — which we believe makes each piece unique.

  • All products are quality-checked before dispatch

General care tips that apply to most of our products:

  • Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth — avoid wet or abrasive materials
  • Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading
  • Handle with care — do not drop or place heavy objects on top
